Erection InControl – Psychological Focus

This video is using predominantly mind power (brain plasticity coaching aspect) to erect my penis. Personally I find this one of the hardest aspects – which is evident in my red face – honestly this for me – 100% mind focus upon my penis – takes immense effort. Mindfulness is not my strong aspect, but the good news is – if I can do this, trust me – I can coach you to as well.

This is one example of always positively thinking about whatever the training aspect is. If it is diet related – increasing foods that contain Nitric Oxide – a potent erection affector – will give you a positivity, knowing you’re erections will be that bit harder in an hour or so. Or once you progress through your coaching – and become well versed in some of the erection exercise exercises combined with mind power- you will have the green light to experiment a bit and bring some playfulness into the mix.

However it should be noted this will not happen in the early stages of your training – this is what you will be doing in the coming months.

* A longer penis?

A longer penis as briefly shown – is likely to happen: due to increased blood flow with optimum penile elasticity, as you progress through the different aspects of your training.

However please not whilst my penis increased in length as do many of my members, penis length is just one of many lesser value gains. The more valuable gains are how you feel about yourself and that in Essence is the HarperCapability – to actually accept and love yourself. This is where it all starts – or perhaps ends up, depending upon how you’re wired up, this feeling actually helps the physical – immensely, or vice-versa. It is a lot more complex than this, but I’m sure you get the gist.
