The normal movement when ischiocavernosus contracts is for the erect penis to bob up and down a little – or pulse with the momentary surge of extra blood, especially more likely to happen when fully erect. However as you well know all erections are not equal – and the ability to keep it at TR scale 7 allows for this side to movement. (More on TR scale to come later)

On a personal level – How edging helps

During the Edging period – I become obsessed with my penis (If you’ve edged – you’ll know exactly what I mean?) face of penisBuddy ErectionCoach smiling in a knowing way– aware of him in my everyday life, at all sorts of times (sometimes inappropriate), but I like this as I actually feel my background sexualness / maleness rise – to underpin this penis awareness with a mellow rich feeling.

Then when I get my penis out for some attention (no matter how fleeting) – wow the starting point is further along the sexual spectrum, which gives a great feeling and ensures i’m whipping my penis out and playing at any opportunity I get. This means that In this period of a few weeks – my penis spends so much time erect – that not all times can I be fully 100% hard, instead experiencing the delight of all the TR stages(more on TR to come) somestimes semi, sometimes erect, sometimes fully erect but always with this rich mellow malenss / sexual feeling.

Edging – Inwardly for You

If I have encouraged you to edge and let your sexualness /maleness accumulate to give yourself this rich mellow feeling – keep in mind that it must be used in the correct way > inwardly to make your own body and mind stronger or to gain the control to keep your erection at a specific hardness depending upon what you want to do with it – for example should you be intrigued by range of penis movement as I am you’ll need to be aware of tumescence control. Edging Background Coaching Notes:

Whatever way you play – or use your penis to accumulate this background mellow rich maleness – If it is used with another person / sexual partner you risk this energy going outwards and deplete the reservoir of stored energy. If you are not distracted by others and you keep focus upon YOU – your sexualness / maleness willl continue to rise – to benefit your own penis and erection control.

If you do not give in to temptation and ensure your rising male / sexualness is for the benefit of strengthening your body and mind – an extended edging adventure is capable of training your mind (remember I talk about brain plasticity) to become so familiar with your penis play time and a realisation that no ejaculation will occur – that your penis can become erect due to no stimulation other than the backforond level of sexual / maleness being so high, but in a controlled way – not taking it above TR 8.
Due to the constant practice over the 23 days – along with a sharpened mind focus – it is easier to gain this control

It is just one way – however the same effects can can also be gained from an intense training period – using all 3 (or 4) training methods right here, But if you don’t want a membership a good start is to do the following:

  • do this exercise
  • Increase your penis awareness in your everyday
  • Take a few moments every few hours to appreciate that you have a penis – this thought makes you feel good?
