Training this muscle is just one of the 96 different training aspects of the HarperCapability, yet it is a cornerstone of the training, due to the sensations it can give you and a resulting penis awareness, that is taken into many of the other training aspects.
A Quick bit of Male Anatomy Info
As a Trainee practicing the exercise-to-strengthen-your-erection-muscle it is good for you to know exactly where it is and what it does – which is pushes more blood into your penis.
The general area is your perineum, which is formed of muscle – The Ishiocavernosus and bulbospongiosus. The latter forms the middle of your perineum and is responsible for urine flow, assisting with ejaculation intensity and is connected to your glans and the lower chamber of your penis – so your bulbospongiosus is equally important.
The Ischiocavernosus is just a blatent erection muscle – the root of your penis and forms either side of your perineum
Ischiocavernosus – aka Erection Muscle
I like to refer to this as your erection muscle – as that is exactly what it is – it’s purpose is to push more blood into the penis to make it become as erect as possible. Therefore the stronger it is the more blood your penis will receive and the HARDer you will become. This is a bit of an oversimplification as there are many other factors involved – such as getting more blood this muscle, which is Simply Complicated – so we’ll save that for another post.
Contraction & Effect
I’ve given instruction to strengthen it. I’ve shown where it is. Which leaves: Contraction and Effect – here I’m flaccid, but as you know – the effects increase with tumescence. Does that motivate you to strengthen it?
The Semi Effect
Effects of muscle force increase with tumescence – more blood = bigger effect. Here I show the contraction, with a semi – more movement than when flaccid.
